We are looking for an experienced sales professional who loves designing high level strategy campaigns but also wants to get their hands dirty. They will have thorough understanding of marketing budgets and experience running a support team. The right candidate will formulate a winning strategy, execute on it and grow out a team to deliver results.
What we are looking for:
Skilled on inbound marketing with outside B2B sales experience
Execute on achievable forecasts for booking results monthly, quarterly and annually
Ability to develop a sales pipeline using inbound marketing strategies that produces enough qualified inbound leads to sustain forecasted sales efforts
Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer values to drive feature improvements
Embrace the opportunity to travel and develop new relationships
Proficient in using Hubspot to develop strategy
Manage and implement sales and marketing strategies
Strong memorable presentation skills
What your background includes:
Bachelors or university degree
5+ years relevant sales experience in financial services industry, in B2B setting
Proven track record of 1 million+ in annual sales
Exceptional people management and leadership abilities (virtual teams a bonus)
Experienced working remotely and communicating via video conference technology
Experience establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to “roll-up the sleeves” and jump in
Strong network of contacts, resources, and peers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Growing and managing sales teams
