Katipult is a global distributed Fintech company that is growing rapidly and pushing innovation with our product and with our processes as an organization. We provide cloud-based infrastructure that allows firms in alternative investments to design, setup, and management an investment platform.
We are looking for Client Support Specialists to specialize in project management and client success, who will be meeting with clients at crucial stages in their platform development to assist in configuring their instance of Katipult. The successful candidate is tech savvy, with a knowledge of the software development process, a quick learner, and great communicator.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Providing ongoing application support to new and existing clients via our support desk as well as email and phone
Delivering fast, courteous, and intelligent responses to client questions.
Escalating support cases as necessary and track those issues to resolution.
Liaising with development team to manage client expectations for escalated tickets.
Keeping track of client deliverables and timelines for client development projects
WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES
1+ years in a customer service environment
Previous experience with service desk software is an asset
Exceptional communication skills in a professional setting, both written and verbal
Customer service orientation and excellent relationship building skills
Detail-oriented with impeccable organization skills
Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
